Meet The Service Team
Bruce LaBranche, General Manager, George Weisenburger, Adam Greenough, and Robert Beaudet, Property Manager’s all bring over 55 years of combined success and expertise along with a dedicated team of skilled craftsmen.
Bruce LaBranche first started out in property services at a young age by mowing lawns to earn money for himself. His customer base grew and so did his services. By the age of 26, he was servicing over 60 accounts while adding nine new employees.
Bruce has been a licensed realtor for over 19 years and, in 2008, entered back into property services. In 2014, he formed LaBranche Property Management which was expanded into a new partnership to grow his business to its full potential. Proudly, in 2018, Prestige Property Partners was successfully formed. Bruce LaBranche continues to enjoy meeting with customers and helping to maintain their properties. Most of all, he loves building long-term relationships.
Bruce is a life-long resident of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and currently resides in Laconia, NH with his wife and son. Together, they enjoy hiking, fishing, boating and swimming throughout the Lakes Region.
George has over 20 years of professional residential property management experience. In addition, he independently owns several apartment rentals in the Lakes Region. George owned Partners Property Management in Gilford, NH from 2001-2017 and continues to specialize in condominium associations and single family estate management. George’s unique ability to ‘think outside the box’ has been one of his greatest attributes. This enables him to be a very successful problem solver.
During the winter months, George enjoys ice fishing and snowboarding here in New Hampshire. Travel is his passion and he enjoys exploring new destinations whenever possible.
Adam has been actively involved in property management and maintenance in the Lakes Region of NH for over seven years. His passion for managing properties is obvious in the extraordinary care he gives to each client’s home, while ensuring that they can drop their bags and enjoy the time they have in their home knowing that all is taken care of. Adam appreciates his ongoing relationships with each and every client and he considers them to be more than just customers. He finds this aspect of his career especially rewarding. “Knowing that we are their ‘go-to’ is a great feeling”.
Adam Greenough has been successfully committed to working in all facets of maintenance and has been a proud member of the Carpenters Union in both MA and RI with regard to commercial projects. He relocated to the Lakes Region nine years ago after serving in the US Coast Guard, post 911.
Adam is a proud dad of two children who, all together, enjoy the many advantages of living in the Lakes Region. They especially love kayaking, fishing, hiking, snowboarding and ice hockey.
