Portfolio Property Manager
Prestige Property Partners of New England, LLC is seeking to hire a
full time portfolio Property Manager to join our energetic and growing
property maintenance and management company. Manager will service
residential properties in the NH Lakes Region area.
Minimum of two years property management experience preferred. Strong
knowledge of general maintenance including painting, carpentry,
plumbing, electrical, etc.
Excellent communication skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to solve problems, supervise and work independently, as well
as with a team.
Full time position. Salary is $20 – $25 per hour based on experience.
Generous benefits package including health, dental, mileage
reimbursement.
